Welcome!

Our association rallies more than 1200 Leclerc, Leclair and Leclaire from Québec, New-Brunswick, Ontario, Manitoba, United States and also from France. Our Association rallies members of 20 different Leclerc ancestors.

Leclerc Families Coat of Arms

Blason

The coat of arms appeared during the twelveth century among male nobility. This tradition rapidely expanded inside all parts of the western society: women, clerks, middle-class persons, collectivities... Further, coat of arms were used to describe cities, regions, countries, corporations, etc.

Those of the Leclerc family were created by and unveiled in august 1962 for the celebretions organised to commemorate the three hundred anniversary of Jean Leclerc and Marie Blanquet's settlement in St-Pierre, Île d'Orléans.
